To better cater to our clientele we have different classes: Foundations, Special Classes and Clubs.

Foundations: Start with the basics of a swing dance and move on to advanced concepts. Most first comers will join our Swing Foundations 1!
Special Classes: Focus on a specific aspect of a dance, such as styling, aerials, tricks or connection.
Clubs: Open to different levels, Clubs are a drop-in, friendly environment where each week we help you to better yourself as a dancer.

Lead & Follow($110/$90) Number of weeks: 6 Duration: 1:30 per week *English version to come* Fondations Swing 6 est la culmination de notre programme Fondations en Lindy Hop. Après ce cours, vous allez être fin prêts à plonger à fond dans les cours plus subtils de connexion, de styling et de variations. À prendre si vous êtes intimes avec les mouvements suivants: texas tommy, diverses variations de swingout, fast lindy. You will find all the tools in this class to get the most fun out of your dancing and, what is more, to get your partner to have just as much or more! In this class, we will focus on the basic moves and concepts of 6-count Swing, including couple Charleston and a few footwork variations. Wednesday September 15th, 2010	Lindy Club($20/$15) Number of weeks: 6 Duration: 1:30 per week A unique initiative in Montreal, the Lindy Club is a place where dancers can learn about the history of the dance, view vintage and modern inspiring clips, and develop their style in unique ways. More than a simple class, the Lindy Club is a place where dancers can push their skills and get inspired with exercises and tips ! This class is a drop-in at $20 per class ($15 for students), and free for all Red-Hot card holders. Close
Thursday September 16th, 2010	Swing Foundations 3: Lindy Hop($110/$90) Number of weeks: 6 Duration: 1:30 per week *English version to come* Si vous maîtrisez le concept de 'guider et suivre' différents mouvements en 6 et 8 temps, et ce, à différentes vitesses, c'est l'heure de passer à la prochaine étape. Dans le cours de fondations Swing 3, nous allons continuer notre apprentissage de la danse swing originale des années 20, 30, 40 et 50, le Lindy Hop. Danse en huit temps unique en son genre, elle est symbole d'expression, de liberté et avant tout de pur plaisir! Dans ce cours, nous allons nous préoccuper des particularités des mouvements en huit temps propres au Lindy Hop dont le pas de base (swing-out), autant dans son styling que dans ses technicalités et quelques-une de ses variations, tout en commençant à explorer les différents styles musicaux associés avec la danse. C'est aussi dans ce cours que les follows apprendront les fameux swivels ainsi que Close	Balboa Foundations 1($110/$90) Number of weeks: 6 Duration: 1:30 per week The Balboa, nicknamed the "gentleman of swing dances", was born on the West Coast of the United States, and was named after the Balboa Peninsula, one of the places where it was very popular. Zack and Maryse, enthusiastic and world-renowned Balboa dancers, love to make their students discover the beauty of Balboa!
